Oversee daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, lead staffing, training, scheduling, cost control, and compliance to ensure high-quality guest experiences and profitable operations at Hardee's. Key duties include recruiting and developing team members, interviewing and hiring to company standards, coaching and providing performance feedback, creating staff schedules, monitoring labor costs, promoting a cooperative and professional work environment, conducting team meetings, managing inventory and food cost variance, maintaining facilities and equipment, ensuring cash handling accuracy, and upholding HR policies, sanitation standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
