Job Summary
Hourly Manager responsibilities include supporting the General Manager in daily operations across our fine-dining concepts, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and stepping in as acting General Manager when needed. You will assist in scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and promoting promotions while ensuring health, safety, and sanitation standards. You will also participate in staff recruitment, training, and development, coach performance, and cultivate a welcoming guest experience. The role encompasses duties across serving, bartending, and hosting, with leadership responsibilities to maintain exceptional service and drive profitability.
