Job Summary
Hourly Shift Coordinator leads a restaurant shift, drives profitability and guest satisfaction, coaches Team Members, ensures cash control and inventory procedures, and directs the timely preparation and sale of products to meet speed-of-service goals. Works under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, manages a shift of Team Members, and upholds brand standards and operational performance through Shift plans and hands-on leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
