Job Summary
Hourly Shift Coordinator at BURGER KING® in Westchester, IL leads a shift of Team Members to deliver sales, profitability, guest service, and operations results. Supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in managing shift execution, driving speed of service, and ensuring brand standards. Directly manages a shift, coordinates cash control and inventory activities, motivates and coaches Team Members, and ensures accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for the proper functioning of the restaurant
