Job Summary
Hourly Manager (Shift Leader) at Burger King; leads a restaurant shift, drives profitability, guest service, and people development, and directly manages a shift of Team Members. Responsibilities include cash control and security procedures, inventory management, coaching Team Members, adhering to shift plans, ensuring speedy, accurate product preparation and delivery, maintaining brand and operational standards, and monitoring restaurant results for continuous improvement. Requires 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED (2 years college preferred), 1-2 years of quick service experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
