Job Summary
Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) serves as Shift Leader to drive profitability, guest service, people development, and operational results during assigned shifts; supports RGM and AM, directly manages a shift of Team Members, ensures cash control, inventory accuracy, and efficient preparation and sale of products within speed-of-service guidelines, while coaching Team Members and upholding brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
