Job Summary
Manage assigned shifts by directing Team Members to exceed guest expectations through accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings while implementing shift plans and driving operational results. Conduct daily and weekly inventory inspections, receive truck orders, and perform safe cash control procedures to ensure profitability and brand standards. Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities, review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement, and motivate staff across all workstations. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays for long or irregular shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college
