Job Summary
Manage assigned shifts by directing Team Members to exceed guest expectations through accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings. Execute daily and weekly inventory inspections, receive truck orders, and conduct safe cash counting procedures. Provide coaching and feedback to increase team capabilities while implementing shift plans to drive operational results and speed of service. Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement, ensuring brand standards are upheld. Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long or irregular shifts as needed. Support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering sales and profit results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college preferred
