Job Summary
Hourly Manager/Shift Coordinator leads shift operations for BURGER KING, guiding profitability, guest service, people development and day-to-day operations; directly manages a shift of Team Members, coaches performance, ensures timely preparation and sales of products, maintains cash controls and inventory, and upholds brand standards while working evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, requires 18+ years and a High School Diploma or GED (college preferred), and 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
