Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for profitability, guest service, team development, and operations during assigned shifts; supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations, driving KPIs related to sales and efficiency, and directly supervising a shift of Team Members. Operates under RGM guidance, ensures cash controls and security, inventory is maintained, and products are prepared and delivered promptly within speed-of-service guidelines. Coaches Team Members to enhance performance, directs adherence to brand standards, and leads by example to implement shift plans and achieve operational results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Able to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
