Job Summary
Hourly Manager/Shift Coordinator leads a Burger King shift, supervising a team to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational goals. Responsible for coaching Team Members, enforcing cash controls and inventory procedures, directing efficient preparation and sale of products, and ensuring adherence to brand standards and speed-of-service guidelines while working under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
