Job Summary
Shift Managers ensure shifts run smoothly, lead training for new associates, and model calm leadership while opening/closing the store. Responsibilities include maintaining high product standards, delivering exceptional customer service, managing schedules, coaching team members, and upholding fast-paced operational excellence in a grill-free, family-friendly environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years of age
- 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to work full-time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays
