Job Summary
Manage and supervise a staff while demonstrating leadership through coaching, directing, and motivating team members. Resolve issues effectively using mediation skills and set goals to achieve desired outcomes. Possess excellent basic math skills and a full working knowledge of the POS system. Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to $50 pounds while working in a standing position for long periods. Must be at least 18 years of age and exhibit traits of excellence, grit, resilience, honesty, and care.
