Job Summary
Open and close the store while overseeing daily operations, maintaining presentation and profitability. Motivate self and team members to achieve goals, train others in company culture and procedures, and provide excellent service with respect for all customers. Receive deliveries, follow food safety and cash handling procedures, and master store operations including phone answering, food preparation, and customer engagement. Monitor timing of calls, production, and delivery to beat customer promise times while making daily decisions on time management and fixed costs. Work 25-35 hours a week across days, evenings, weekends, and varying shifts, lifting up to 40 lbs. Instill the mission of taking pizza personally to build customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work and accomplish goals with minimal supervision
- Fundamental math and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Fired up to handle day-to-day challenges in a fast paced work environment that may be stressful at times
- Willing to work 25-35 hours a week
- Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and varying shifts
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, and always be honest and punctual
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Ability to relate to diverse backgrounds
- Good listening and communication skills – oral, written & body language
- Self-motivated, driven and dedicated to reaching goals
- May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.
