Job Summary
Part-time hourly management growth opportunity at Domino’s, overseeing shift operations as a store manager/assistant manager and developing as a leader. Responsibilities include leading and training team members, ensuring policy and procedures are followed, driving customer experiences, managing People/Operations/Sales/Profits on shift, and maintaining safety and culture. Requires leadership, judgment, math, multitasking, and the ability to mentor staff across 2-4 shifts per week with some weekend work; prior leadership experience is preferred and a High School diploma or equivalent is required. Located at Domino’s stores in Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Roanoke with in-person work; text-enabled recruitment and a focus on growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 18+ years of age
- Good driving record
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Must reside near store location
- Prior experience leading people
- Ability to lead by example and enforce policy and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for 2-4 shifts per week and some weekends
