Job Summary
Part-time store management role overseeing shifts at multiple Domino’s locations in Ohio, including Canal Fulton, Cleveland, Akron, Mansfield, and Columbus. Responsibilities include leading and developing team members, ensuring policy and procedure adherence, training, operational oversight, customer experience focus, and driving store performance. Requires leadership, math, judgment, multitasking, a high-energy, positive attitude, and prior people-management experience or experience with Domino’s. Shifts include evenings (3–5 pm start to ~1 am) and some day shifts (9 am to 3–7 pm), with 4 nights per week and some weekends; must reside near a store location and be eligible to work in the USA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
- 18+ years of age
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Good driving record
- Ability to use Outlook / Email services
