Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Drive sales growth, maintain high standards of food quality and service, and ensure efficient, profitable operations. When Senior/Area Manager is absent, take full responsibility for restaurant operations while developing the team and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, training and coaching, scheduling and labor cost management, maintaining inventory and cost controls, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and HR policies, leading team meetings, and fostering strong teamwork and professional standards.
