Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance diagnostics and execute repairs on gaming equipment to ensure industry standards. Perform installation, testing, inspections, and maintenance changes on gaming systems, including removing worn components and reactivating machines. Provide occasional guidance and training to others while responding effectively to all equipment issues. Submit summary reports to management on conditions found and recommended actions. Comply with all safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping, and recognize hazards to eliminate risks. Adhere to Federal, Provincial, Municipal, and organizational laws. Work independently and in a team environment, potentially outside operating hours for installations or deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum college diploma in Electronics or similar fields
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in related field
- Experience with gaming equipment repairs
- Experience in diagnosing and using preventative measures for gaming equipment
- Thorough knowledge of gaming equipment principles, equipment operation
- Ability to lift and manipulate objects of up to 80 lbs for 50 feet
- Use of Personal Protection Equipment (hard-hat, safety boots)
- Ability to work with tools, pipes and materials
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to work outside of operating hours to support installations, deliveries, removal or repair of games
