Job Summary
Hourly FOH Supervisor leads front-of-house shifts for a Chicago restaurant, overseeing FOH teams, POS/timekeeping, guest and employee experience, and adherence to policies. Responsibilities include opening/closing shifts, supervising and supporting hourly staff, managing scheduling and side work, assisting with training and retention, ensuring food safety and sanitation, managing inventory and VIP procedures, coordinating with the General Manager on repairs and maintenance, and upholding alcohol awareness and regulatory requirements. Must be able to work a variety of shifts across multiple sites with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Experience supervising restaurant teams and delivering exceptional guest service is expected.
