Job Summary
Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy while conducting intake assessments and developing personalized treatment plans. Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners, maintain documentation in the EHR system, and participate in case consultations and team meetings. Deliver crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary across five Massachusetts locations. Flexible schedule options ranging from 5 to 30 hours weekly, with evenings and weekends available. Hourly fee-for-service rates start at $45, with premium incentives for on-site presence and bilingual skills. W-2 employment with robust support including supervision and licensure assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Independent Clinical License
- Current license in the state of Massachusetts
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
- Afternoon and evening availability
- Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone
- Applicant must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
