Job Summary
Coordinate implementation of workforce training programs, including Business, Career, and Computer Training, by managing course schedules, rosters, and facility logistics. Serve as the primary contact for students and employers, handling inquiries, registration, payment assistance, and lead tracking for recruitment activities. Manage administrative workflows by creating purchase requisitions, ordering instructional materials, and maintaining inventory records. Enter and update student, instructor, and program data into Colleague and other College systems to support enrollment, attendance, and outcome reporting. Collaborate with directors and instructors on onboarding, payroll documentation, and program feedback collection.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of related experience in administrative support, workforce development, student services, customer service, higher education, training operations, or a related field
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop positive relationships with students, instructors, employers, and community partners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and meet concurrent deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and utilize a solution-oriented approach to address challenges
- Proven computer literacy with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level
- Ability to learn and apply College policies, procedures, and regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing Colleague or similar student information systems
