Job Summary
Hourly/Commission Sales role at Farmers Furniture in Lyons, GA. Responsibilities include maintaining an acceptable sales quota, advising customers on quality, style, or value of home furnishings, developing expertise in customer experience and sales execution, verifying prices, calculating discounts, tagging merchandise, setting up advertising displays, loading pickups and obtaining signatures, handling delivery or pickup scheduling, resolving customer complaints, making sales prospecting calls, maintaining CRM records, answering customer inquiries, attending sales meetings, keeping the sales area clean and orderly, assisting with credit applications, following display and service standards, and contributing to store-wide adherence to HOME values. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of retail experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
