Hourly Closing Manager Full Time

Closing Manager leads the Assistant Closing Manager, Recovery, and Utility teams to ensure daily club operations meet GOLD standards, delivers strong member service, and upholds food safety and audit requirements. Responsibilities include managing end-of-day operations, supervising a multi-department team, coaching and developing staff, ensuring accurate inventory and perishables control, driving performance through data-driven decisions, coordinating with department leads and business partners, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards, training, and qualifications (ServSafe and other certifications). The role also covers club leadership duties including being Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring continuity of operations, and supporting post-closing tasks to prepare for the next day.
