Job Summary
Manage the full contract lifecycle for independent Clinical Mentors providing instruction to nursing students, including securing CVs, storing credentials in secure systems, and confirming onboarding compliance. Coordinate term assignments, develop and secure signed independent contractor agreements, and issue invoice forms for payment processing. Track contract status, outstanding documents, and payment submissions while maintaining responsive communication with mentors, the clinical coordinator, and university offices. Ensure accurate credentialing, contracting, and timely compensation for each eight-week term.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Two (2) or more years of administrative, contract administration, credentialing, or program support experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage recurring, deadline-driven processes with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe/e-signature tools, and web-based systems
- Ability to handle confidential contractor information with discretion, consistent with University policy
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in higher education, healthcare credentialing, or clinical placement coordination
- Familiarity with independent contractor (1099) documentation and invoicing workflows
