Job Summary
Take and fill drink orders, garnish and serve beverages, and collect payments while operating the POS. Maintain a clean work area by cleaning up after guests, removing trash, and replacing empty beer kegs. Monitor inventory by tracking wines, beers, and liquors, then order supplies and restock the bar from the storeroom. Ensure a safe environment by checking identification, determining when to refuse service, and arranging rides for intoxicated guests. This hourly position requires a High-School Diploma or G.E.D., 1-2 years of bartending experience, and a valid alcohol certificate. Flexible hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High-School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Candidates must be the required age of majority or older
- minimum of 1-2 years of Bartending experience
- You can work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Completed Bartending classes
- knowledge of drink recipes
- demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate
