Job Summary
Conduct academic tutoring for students in 6th through 12th grade elective AVID classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with schedules set by individual buildings. Complete provided training prior to working directly with students. Submit an official transcript to verify current college enrollment or an associate degree or higher. This position is subject to veterans preference.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in college, or have an Associates degree or higher
- Must be able to assist and support students academically in specific elective classes in a 6th through 12th grade setting
- Must be available to work on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Must be able to complete training prior to working directly with students
