Hourly Automotive Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes and filter replacements; inspect vehicles for leaks, wear, and basic mechanical issues; check and top off fluids including transmission, coolant, and brake systems; perform tire pressure checks, rotations, and inflations; install batteries, wiper blades, and other basic components; communicate findings and recommended repairs to service advisors and technicians; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow all dealership and manufacturer service standards and safety protocols. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license; previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate); basic knowledge of automotive systems and shop equipment is a plus; strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset; team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality; must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening; desire to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
Required Qualifications
