Hourly Assistant Mgr - $20.00hr Full Time w/Benefits, Free Movie Tickets and 50% off Concessions!

The role is to operate and supervise a Regal theatre and its employees, acting as a representative of Regal. Responsibilities include training, coaching, and supervising non-management staff; performing staff duties as needed; operating all projection and audio-visual equipment; maintaining alcohol certifications where applicable; ensuring guest satisfaction and safety; handling cash receipts and reconciling daily deposits; enforcing dress code; supervising staff under the GM or senior management; cost control and inventory for concessions; overseeing theatre maintenance and repairs; leading marketing/promotions for feature engagements; and completing required training materials, including harassment and discrimination courses. Requires at least three months of supervisory experience (or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification), ability to read training materials, and willingness to obtain required alcohol-service certification where applicable.
