Job Summary
Assist General Manager in restaurant operations, coordinating between front of house and back of house, and maintaining customer service excellence. Responsibilities include coaching and disciplining staff, ensuring outstanding service, maintaining merchandising standards and inventory control, planning daily goals and tasks, managing accounting tasks (cash handling, deposits, payroll, and balance), and reporting to leadership. Requires ServSafe Food Handler and Responsible Vendor training; strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills; ability to operate MS Word/Excel/Outlook and POS systems; travel within local area may be expected; hours include evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in restaurant
- Must complete ServSafe Food Handler and Responsible Vendor training
- State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance training
- Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol
