Job Summary
Operate all major attractions and curate the gaming experience for guests while upselling games and retail items. Handle cash transactions per company standards, ensure games and stations remain clean and operational, and assist with restocking. Act as a trusted resource for guest inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, and daily events. Set up and tear down for functions and activities. This role requires a provincial alcohol certificate and customer service experience. Located in Edmonton, this hourly position offers flexible hours, tuition assistance, and discounted food and beverages.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed venues, candidates must be the required age of majority or older
- Provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate
- Must be able to complete tasks with attention to detail
- Must have strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- You preferably have some experience with customer service
