Provide support to the school’s advisors and Activities Department by maintaining the Activities Department master schedule, coordinating event personnel and preparing spaces for participants, assisting with department budget tracking, completing purchase orders for signature, and assisting with required forms; requires High School Equivalency diploma and ability to work in a busy school environment, with duties distributed across daily event coordination, budget support, procurement, and administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
- Basic interpersonal skills
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire
- All certifications, licenses, and registrations must be valid and unexpired.
