Job Summary
Hotshot Driver for Copart's FlexForce team operates 5-car trailers and front-end loaders to move vehicles between Copart facilities. Travel nationally on short notice, deploy to catastrophe events within 24 hours, load/unload vehicles safely, and maintain Hours of Service logs while adhering to safety regulations. Role includes loading/unloading, operating company equipment, and performing other daily tasks as assigned; compensation includes base hourly pay with potential to reach $75K+ and top performers around $100K, plus benefits and per diem when traveling.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year car hauling experience
- Class A driver's license
- Must be willing to travel nationally on short notice
- Must be able to work long hours 12+ hours per day
- Must meet background screening criteria
- Travel will be required including traveling by airplane at times
