Job Summary
Hotshot Driver for 5-car trailer nationwide transport supporting Copart facilities; role includes driving hotshot-style trucks with 5 car trailers, loading/unloading vehicles, and operating frontend loaders when not driving. Must have a Class A CDL and at least 1 year of car-hauling experience. Travel nationally on short notice for extended periods; deployment to catastrophe events within 24 hours. Responsibilities include pick-up/delivery to designated Copart facilities, safe loading/unloading, maintaining safety and Hours of Service logs, and performing other tasks as assigned. Compensation potential ranges from $75,000+ annually, with top performers earning around $100,000 annually; pay structure includes hourly and per diem when traveling; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, and PTO. Required Qualifications
- Class A driver's license
- Minimum of 1 year car hauling experience

- Ability to work long hours (12+ hours)
