Job Summary
Hotshot Driver role supporting Copart facilities nationwide with 5-car trailer transport and occasional loading/unloading of vehicles using a frontend loader. Responsibilities include driving trips to designated Copart facilities, loading/unloading vehicles, and operating equipment while adhering to safety regulations. Must be willing to travel nationally on short notice, participate in catastrophe-response deployments, and maintain Hours of Service logs. Requires a Class A license, at least 1 year of car hauling experience, and ability to work long hours in varied conditions; E-Verify participation and travel by airplane may be required. Competitive pay with potential to earn $75,000+ annually, with top performers earning around $100,000, plus benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), per diem when traveling, FSA/HSA).
Required Qualifications
- Class A driver's license
- Minimum 1 year car hauling experience
- Ability to travel nationally on short notice for extended periods
- Load/unload vehicles safely and with minimal damage
- Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain Hours of Service logs
- Must be able to travel by airplane when required
