Job Summary
Lead and support a team of advocates delivering around-the-clock crisis response services. Oversee supervision, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and staff development; ensure consistent 24-hour coverage; manage documentation, data collection, and program statistics; coordinate staff schedules and on-call rotation; foster collaboration with referral partners and multidisciplinary teams; provide crisis intervention and hospital accompaniment in a survivor-centered, confidential environment; contribute to program planning and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience (2+ years preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in the gender-based violence field
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom)
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
