Job Summary
Supervise and support a team of Hotline Advocates by recruiting, hiring, training, and managing staff while conducting regular performance evaluations. Provide direct crisis intervention services including hospital accompaniment and holistic advocacy to ensure consistent 24-hour coverage through schedule management and on-call rotation. Oversee program operations, review documentation for data collection, and facilitate monthly team meetings to maintain collaboration. Build strong relationships with referral partners and represent the agency in the community to advance survivor-centered service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience in the gender-based violence field
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (e.g. Zoom)
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Passion for Women Helping Women's mission and survivor-centered work
- Reliable and consistent access to the internet
- Ability to maintain a confidential workspace
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Additional supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience working with diverse populations and community systems
