Host/ess within the SACHI Department at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, responsible for welcoming customers, seating guests, managing reservations by telephone or in person, ensuring courteous and efficient service, and maintaining high standards in a 5‐star luxury hotel; must be able to greet and seat guests according to the reservation plan, handle coats, and communicate with the restaurant manager about guest comments; requires 2+ years of experience, fluency in English and French, and a valid Swiss work permit or EU passport.
