Job Summary
Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met while reviewing and approving work schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues, manage employee work hour reports, and submit payroll. Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction and develop budgets to meet business goals. Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control and ensure compliance with company policies. Complete required reports and attend client meetings to maintain excellent client relations. Work Wednesday through Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM in a luxury hotel in Boston, MA.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years Drivers License
- the ability to drive manual/stick-shift cars
- prior hotel experience
- at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license
- driving for at least 2 years
- can drive stick-shift/manual cars
- Energetic, outgoing
- can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language
- friendly, professional approach
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
