Job Summary
Greet guests cheerfully, park and retrieve vehicles safely, and explain self-park rates. Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines for safety. Maintain uniform appearance, resolve customer issues positively, and remain active while standing, walking, and carrying items up to 50lbs. You may assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by local management. This on-call role at the Liberty Hotel in Boston offers flexible scheduling and includes free parking.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years Drivers License
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years old
- Energetic, outgoing
- Can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language
- Friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
- Available for weekend shifts
- Available for on-call opportunities
