Job Summary
Seasonal Hotel Valet - Guest Service in Rovaniemi, Finland for Winter 2026-2027. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, helping with check-in, transporting guests to rooms, delivering breakfast and room service, introducing room features (sauna, fireplace), handling requests, upselling activities and shop products, managing luggage, setting up outdoor dining areas, delivering firewood, keeping valet vehicles clean, maintaining outdoor equipment, and assisting housekeeping as needed. Requires valid driver's license, fluent English, and legal right to work in Finland. Skills and qualities sought include independent work ability, teamwork, problem-solving, an outgoing and communicative personality, and a motivation to learn. Additional advantages include extra language skills and prior hospitality experience. Training provided prior to season; accommodations and collective agreement with holiday compensation offered; average 90 hours per 3-week period with day and evening shifts.
Required Qualifications
