Job Summary
The role involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, using guests’ last names when appropriate, handling cash, credit, and direct billing, processing payments, categorizing tickets for audits, preparing shift reports, operating cash registers and related equipment, and providing information about the facility and local attractions. The position emphasizes a pleasant, professional demeanor, accurate financial transactions, and timely task completion under leadership guidance. Strong basic math, reading/writing English, and the ability to communicate findings to guests and teammates are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic Math Skills: able to read/write English; perform simple arithmetic; understand time systems (24-hour hours)
