Guest Service Associate at Towne Park responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, greeting guests by last name, providing directions and information about local amenities, and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Duties include processing tickets and claim checks, posting parking rates, and delivering guest services (luggage storage, bell services, and shuttle assistance) with a focus on safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. Requires a valid driver’s license, at least one month of related experience or training, strong customer-service and math skills, English literacy, ability to read simple instructions, and ability to operate a manual transmission.
