Job Summary
The Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality during guest arrival and departure, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and providing directions and information about facilities and local attractions. The role emphasizes friendly, professional guest interactions, accurate handling of tickets and keys, and timely, safe vehicle movement, with duties including bell services, luggage storage, and occasional shuttling. The position requires prioritizing guest satisfaction, attention to detail, basic math for revenue handling, and the ability to work weekend AM/PM shifts in an outdoor, customer-service oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- One month related experience and/or training or equivalent
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add/subtract; money handling)
- Ability to operate a manual transmission (highly desirable)
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shift times
- Knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality standards
