Job Summary
Guest-facing valet role focusing on friendly, efficient hospitality: park and retrieve guest vehicles, assist with luggage, provide directions and information about local amenities, explain parking rates, issue claim checks, and maintain professional demeanor with guests and co-workers. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to read and write English, handle basic money transactions, and perform duties with attention to safety and guest service excellence. Shift opportunities include AM/PM times; some positions offer tips in addition to hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- One (1) month related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to operate basic arithmetic for money handling
- Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- Ability to drive and park vehicles safely
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to communicate with guests and team members effectively
