Job Summary
Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely while driving cautiously, assisting with luggage delivery, pick-up, and bell services. Greet guests within five feet using their last names and salutations, provide directions and local amenities information, and handle claims checks and key tag issuance. Maintain accurate ticket information, calculate revenue, and deliver messages or amenities as requested. Work AM/PM shifts with an hourly base of $11.98 plus $5–$10 in tips, with benefits available for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work
- One (1) month related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Travel of up to 5% may be required
