Job Summary
Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt, safe manner while acknowledging guests within five feet with a friendly demeanor. Assist guests with luggage delivery, pick-up, and bell services, including opening doors and providing directions to amenities. Manage valet operations by issuing claim checks, collecting revenue, and maintaining accurate ticket information for all vehicles. Shifts are PM hours with potential earnings of $17–$18/hour including tips. A valid driver's license and manual transmission operation are required. This role supports Towne Park's mission to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for millions of guests annually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work
- One (1) month related experience and/or training
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to read and write standard English language
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
- Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
- Ability to operate a manual transmission

- Work schedule for this position is PM shifts
- Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift
- Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
