Provide exceptional hospitality by parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering directions, information, and amenities details to guests and colleagues. Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor, greet guests, follow proper etiquette, and manage vehicle keys, tickets, and guest folios with accuracy. The role includes shuttling guests as needed, handling payments for parking, and ensuring safe, courteous guest experiences at the hotel location in San Antonio. This is a part-time position with scheduling dependent on hotel volumes; prior customer service experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.
