Hotel Valet Attendant - Downtown Milwaukee Hotels

Guest Service Associate responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage delivery/pickup, and delivering exceptional hospitality services. Requires greeting guests professionally, assisting with directions and inquiries, communicating amenities and local information, and handling payments with accuracy. Must maintain a friendly demeanor, adhere to safety and operational procedures, and be able to work mixed shifts including evenings and weekends. Requires a valid driver’s license and basic math skills; prior customer service or valet experience preferred. The role is outdoors for extended periods and may involve physical tasks such as lifting and driving vehicles; travel is limited to minimal amounts as needed.
