Job Summary

Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. Greet guests within five feet using their last names, explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, and handle claim checks while collecting keys. Provide directions, shuttle guests to approved locations, and deliver messages or amenities as requested. Maintain a professional demeanor, operate the valet system accurately, and calculate revenue for vehicles. Work Mon-Wed AM and Mon-Fri 11a-4p at a rate of $13/hour. A valid driver's license and manual transmission operation are required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work
  • One (1) month related experience and/or training
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Ability to read and write standard English language
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees of the organization
  • Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to understand rates applicable to time passed
