Job Summary
Assist Housekeeping, Host, and Front Desk teams in daily operations, inspecting work to ensure operational standards are met. Manage these groups on Manager's scheduled days off, control stock and inventory levels, and investigate guest complaints to take corrective action. Submit rooms for check-in and report any room or guest issues while enforcing company policies and regulations. Submit rooms for check-in and report any room or guest issues. Work mornings, evenings, or night shifts as required in a remote on-site living role at the Glacier View Lodge in Jasper National Park.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, front desk and or hotel operations
- Current Alberta Pro Serve Certification
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings or night shifts
- Must be able to work autonomously and independently
